Arash Khaksari is an Iranian photographer based in Paris. Born in Tehran and raised in a multicultural environment, his work explores the relationship between the human body, fashion and the natural world.
Working across fashion and beauty, Arash creates images that balance simplicity and surrealism, with a particular attention to light, texture and form. His practice is driven by a desire to reveal a quiet, natural beauty while creating a sense of ambiguity and poetry.
In 2025, he was awarded the Grand Prix Picto de la Photographie for Symbiose, exploring the relationship between humans, nature and the ephemeral. His work continues to move between commissioned photography and personal projects, with an ongoing interest in identity, the body and transformation.
